I had the best experience with Victoria for my PRP microneedling! 🥰

First of all, Victoria is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is so professional, knowledgeable, polite and genuinely sweet. I was quite nervous because this was my first ever microneedling treatment, but she made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. She explained the entire process thoroughly, made sure I understood everything, and patiently answered every single question I had — even the stupid ones 😂.

And honestly, I had a MILLION questions throughout the treatment because it was my first time, but both Victoria and the rest of the staff were so incredibly patient, kind and reassuring. Everyone was so lovely and polite, and I never once felt like I was being a bother for asking too many questions.

The whole experience was honestly so damn good. I felt comfortable, informed and looked after the entire time, and that made such a huge difference, especially for a first-time treatment.

I absolutely love this place and the staff, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone considering PRP microneedling. ❤️✨

Although it's not as bad as waxing, laser hair removal is a painful experience when you first start the treatments, especially in the Brazillian area. I don't think I could have continued for as long as I did if it were not for Jessica's warmth and support. She is so empathetic and attentive, always understanding how much pain I am going through and prioritising my comfort first. She has over 10 years of experience and she really is the best at what she does

Now that I have done over 12 sessions, the treatments are no longer painful and my skin is so soft, smooth and hairless. I haven't had to shave for 1.5 years and thick body hair feels like a life time ago!

Laser is really worth it if you can endure it and Jessica makes the whole process bearable
