SKÓRA REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM T&CS

• Clients earn 1 loyalty point for every $30 spent on any treatment or product
• Loyalty points cannot be transferred to cash
• Loyalty points earned will reflect the purchase price paid, not the recommended retail price (RRP)
• Points cannot be redeemed with any other offer
• Loyalty points are non- transferable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Points can only be redeemed once client has accrued 20 points
• Points do not have to be redeemed all at once
• Loyalty points cannot be redeemed at checkout for any prescribed cosmetic enhancement treatments
• These conditions are subject to change without prior notice
• Skóra | Skin will send reminders to you about redeeming your loyalty points through EDM’s or SMS

Laser Hair Removal Treatments

Google & Facebook Exclusive Offers

We occasionally run exclusive offers on Google and Facebook and other social networks. These offers can only be claimed if mentioned at time of booking and only available for a limited time only. 

GIFT CARDS

• Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of issue.  
• Gift cards must be redeemed from the purchase location for any product or services, not transferable between clinics. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of Skóra | Skin.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit. 
• No change can be given, however unused value will remain until the date of expiry on the card. 
• Gift card is only valid for the specified beneficiary name and is unable to be transferred without permission from Skóra | Skin.

Prepaid Packages:

• All standard laser hair removal packages must include packs of a minimum of 3 treatments or more and are valid for 12 months from purchase.  
• All standard skin packages must include a minimum of 3 treatments or more and are valid for 12 months from purchase. 
• All prepaid packages are not transferable between clinics or people and the responsibility to fulfill the prepaid package rests with the clinic from which the prepaid package was purchased. Neither the Head Entity nor any other clinic is responsible for any unfilled prepaid package(s).

Applicable to all sales and promotions issued or advertised by Skóra | Skin:

• Cosmetic aesthetic clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our medical professionals (including Registered Nurse / Nurse Practitioner or Doctor) 
• Must be over 18 years old 
• A $50 or $100 deposit is required in advance for all cosmetic aesthetic treatment bookings. Deposit amount is dependent upon the time booked.
• The price per area treated will depend on the consultation provided by a Skóra | Skin medical professional.
• Advertised prices are based upon our minimum recommended dosage. More units may be required based upon our medical professional’s assessment of each individual’s needs, desired outcome and genetic makeup (both men and women may vary). 
• For legal reasons, the product names and pricing cannot be used in advertising. You may contact any of our medical practitioners for a consultation to ask further details. 
• Stock may vary from clinic to clinic – please contact any of our clinic locations for further details. 
• All treatment packages can only be used by one customer within one treatment appointment (all at one time). 
• Skóra | Skin medical practitioners, nurses and therapists reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and can at any time refuse to treat. 
• Skóra | Skin reserves the right to amend pricing at any time, check website for the latest pricing. 
• Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment. 
• Packages cannot be split over appointments
• Mono Threads – small area maximum of 20 threads
  • Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area.  
  • If a client requires more than the maximum number of units to treat the selected areas, additional costs will apply. No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases an area but does not, or cannot safely, use all of the product units in the package in the one appointment. 
• Mono Threads – large area maximum of 50 threads
  • Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area.  
  • If a client requires more than the maximum number of units to treat the selected areas, additional costs will apply. No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases an area but does not, or cannot safely, use all of the product units in the package in the one appointment.   
• Mono Threads – Extra-large area of 80 threads
  • Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area.  
  • If a client requires more than the maximum number of units to treat the selected areas, additional costs will apply. No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases an area but does not, or cannot safely, use all of the product units in the package in the one appointment.
